Licenses, Applications & Permits

The following licenses and permits are issued by the Town Manager's Office:

• Liquor Licenses for Clubs, Innholders, Package Stores and Restaurants associated with those
• One Day Liquor License (PDF)  All One Day Liquor License applications must be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance of event.
• Individual Dance/Entertainment License (PDF) for any Single event that will have a live band or DJ
• Tag Day Permit (PDF) for any team/group donation collection efforts throughout town
• Common Victualer License (PDF) for a restaurant
• Amusement Device License (PDF) - video machines, pool tables, foozball, etc.
• Taxi Cab License - Taxi Stand Application (PDF) and Taxi Driver Application (PDF)
• Auto Application
