The town offers a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and a Dependent Care Account (DCA) through Benefit Strategies. These plans allow you to contribute pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical cost and dependent care. Employees who have been continuously employed by the Town of Southbridge and work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for one or both plans. The annual open enrollment is held on specific dates in May and the plan year runs between July 1st and June 30th every year.
